Why am I being asked this?

This questionnaire is sent to you in the context of strengthening the personal development and collaboration of the person named in the mail. Feedback is one of the best ways to get more insight into your own strengths and improvement potential.

What if I do not know the person too well

This person explicitly chose you to provide the feedback. If you have trouble doing so, you can always choose not to fill it in. You will get an automatic reminder after a couple of days, but you can ignore that. We would appreciate it if you would call the person and tell him/her that you are not (yet) able to provide the feedback.

Why is it anonymous?

The best feedback is when you are one-on-one in an equal conversation. Nothing can replace personal feedback. It is also one of the hardest things in collaborating and can become awkward or confronting. ME+U supports the first steps, and that is better done anonymously. In a lot of cultures, anonymous feedback is a good way to open conversations. We invite everyone to be honest and fair in the feedback, that is the only way to work on personal development and strong collaboration.

How is it anonymous?

Anonymous here means: your name is not directly linked to the results. The person cannot see who gave what feedback exactly. Feedback is shown as an average of at least two people. Sometimes under a category, for instance ‘customers’ or ‘colleagues’.

Why can’t I leave some comments?

ME+U first provides the person with a view of his drives, strengths and impact. After that, we stimulate the person to get in touch - with themselves, and with you. So, it is possible that the person will contact you to talk about the combined findings and ask a more focused question. For instance: ‘when do you see me lacking courage? How could I improve?’. This question might arise from the combined feedback, only you and others could help him make matters more concrete and help in the personal development. Comments are much too strict; a conversation much more personal. It leaves room for all the nuances, emotions, and ambitions in a leveled playing field.

Can I take a break while filling in the questionnaire?

Yes, the results are saved. You will only see the profile when you have finished the questionnaire. How long you take to finish the questionnaire is not measured.
